Jennifer was construction administrator for the lobby renovation in this 1983 office tower designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes. Tasks included review of submittals, material selection, sample approval, and attendance at site coordination meetings. Subsequent work included design development and ULURP submission drawings for the renovation of the privately-owned-public-space (POPS) adjacent to the tower.

Community arts and performing center on the Lower East Side. Jennifer conducted a site survey and prepared design development drawings. She subsequently developed detail drawings and renderings of the entry canopy, marquee, and rooftop cornice.

Gay Men's Health Crisis. New York, NY. Completed 2011.

Jennifer served as  Project Architect for relocation of 130,000sf non-profit serving those living with HIV/AIDS. Feasibility studies included test fits of 10+ properties, and Jennifer developed and delivered client presentations of the various property analyses. She also conducted interviews with key staff regarding space needs and program adjacencies. After GMHC selected a property, Jennifer worked to design a new lobby, reception, and cafeteria for their new home.
